Job Role and Responsibilities

• Visit local stores, startups, businesses, and companies within your assigned area.
• Promote and explain Badhyatha Group's software development and digital solutions services.
• Generate quality leads through direct field visits, networking, and local market outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist in client onboarding.
• Meet monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
• Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Any Graduate, Undergraduate, or candidates with relevant marketing experience can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within local areas for client meetings and business development.

Compensation

Salary: ₹35000 per month, including allowances and performance-based incentives.
