BPI Service Sales Executive (Telecalling) in Pune

Omkar is hiring a motivated BPI Service Sales Executive (Telecalling) for a full-time, on-site role in Pune, Maharashtra, India. You will contact prospective customers, explain services, understand their needs, and help grow the customer base while supporting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers to promote and sell Omkar’s services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Update customer records in the database after each call.
• Answer inquiries and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary (12th pass) education is required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred, but not required; training is available.
• CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.

Compensation and Growth
