Omkar is hiring a motivated BPI Service Sales Executive (Telecalling) to join our Pune, Maharashtra team. This full-time role is ideal for candidates eager to drive business growth through effective telephonic sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell BPI services.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records after each interaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to monitor performance.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Willingness to learn and grow; training will be provided.
