Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Present jewelry and clothing collections and use effective sales techniques to support purchases.
• Discuss options and negotiate with customers to complete sales while building lasting relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge and answer questions about product features.
• Work with teammates to keep the showroom visually appealing and easy to shop.
• Track sales results and report performance to management while working toward monthly goals.
• Support inventory management and keep product displays stocked and organized.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service, sales, negotiation, product knowledge, and teamwork skills.
• Retail sales experience, especially in jewelry or clothing, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems and basic software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers.
