This is an on-site role that involves field outreach and collaboration with program teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to identify and engage community members.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on socio-educational topics.
• Build relationships with local leaders and stakeholders to strengthen community participation.
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions that build community skills and capacity.
• Monitor and evaluate training and engagement initiatives.
• Work with colleagues across teams to develop community development strategies.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities, challenges, and outcomes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• One to three years of relevant experience; community engagement experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with educational tools and community development practices.
• Proficiency with relevant training and reporting software or tools.

Reporting and Collaboration

Report to the Program Manager and collaborate with trainers, outreach coordinators, and other departments to support successful community programs and initiatives.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: 21,000 per month. Employment type: Full-time. Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This position is not remote.
