Prepare detailed reports on outreach efforts, challenges, and outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 1-3 years of experience in community engagement or related roles preferred. Familiarity with educational tools and community development practices. Proficiency in software tools used for training and reporting. As a Field Mobilizer + Trainer, you will report directly to the Program Manager and work closely with trainers and outreach coordinators. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of community programs. Compensation: ₹21,000 per month.
