Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to identify and engage community members effectively.
• Develop and deliver impactful training sessions on socio-educational topics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders and stakeholders to boost community participation.
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions aimed at improving community skills and capacities.
• Monitor and evaluate training and engagement initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement comprehensive community development strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, or related fields.
