Track sales performance and report key metrics regularly. Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; business or sales education is a plus. Proven experience in field sales roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of ₹18,000. The Field Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
