Key Responsibilities Engage potential clients with direct sales strategies and presentations to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the target market. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Bablu’s products and services. Build and sustain long-lasting customer relationships. Monitor sales performance and report key metrics regularly. Collaborate with marketing to align strategies for effective lead generation. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; business or sales education is a plus. Proven experience in field sales roles preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Minimum 2 years sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated sales team and coordinate with marketing and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
