Field Sales Executive – Kolkata, West Bengal

Bablu is hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this on-site sales role, you will meet prospective clients, develop customer relationships, and help achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients through direct sales activities and presentations to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the target market.
• Research the local market to identify customer needs, opportunities, and trends.
• Maintain knowledge of Bablu’s products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and report key metrics regularly.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and sales strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
• Sales experience, preferably in field sales; two years of experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• CRM software familiarity is an advantage.

Team and Compensation

Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues. Compensation is ₹18,000 per month.
