Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly targets. Provide feedback to improve overall customer service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 12th pass. Strong communication skills with excellent customer service orientation. Patience, time management skills, and ability to work well in a team environment. Fluency in Telugu is essential. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus; freshers are welcome. As a Telecaller, you will report to the Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
