Deepa is hiring a full-time Telugu-Speaking Telecaller in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India. In this customer service role, you will speak with customers by phone, answer questions, share information about products and services, and help resolve concerns. You will work with a supportive team to improve customer satisfaction and meet daily and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Assist with complaints and issues, working toward effective resolutions.
• Record call details, transactions, and customer interactions accurately.
• Update customer profiles in the company system.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Share customer feedback to help improve service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th pass.
• Fluency in Telugu is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Patience, time management, and the ability to work well with a team.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Work Environment

Salary: INR 18000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. You will report to the Team Lead and receive support through training and opportunities for professional growth.
