Job description
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirement gathering, elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with field workforce management and mobile workforce solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Salesforce Field Service, ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Understanding of technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, appointment capacity management, and geofenced job execution.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO.
- Candidates with field/mobile workforce management experience are required.
- Contact center agent scheduling experience will NOT be considered.
