Job description
Our client is an established manufacturer of instruments used for R&D and Quality. There is a heavy focus food/ bev (human & pet), pharma, fragrance, cosmetic and personal care markets. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Baltimore/ DC area. They manufacture very niche instruments with very few competitors.
On-site service and support at customer locations, includes annual preventative maintenance, repairInstallation, commissioning and training at customer locationsIn-house depot and repair of instrumentsTechnical support- online, video and phone
QualificationsExperience repairing and supporting lab instruments or electro-mechanical instrumentsPrior field service not required, will take a hands-on person coming from the labAbility to travel around the U.S. as neededChemistry background is ideal, but not required
