RB TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will maintain and repair client equipment, helping keep systems operating reliably and customers satisfied. You’ll work with mechanical and electrical systems as part of a collaborative team focused on responsive service and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to support equipment performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support and guidance.
- Document service visits, repairs, parts used, and customer feedback accurately.
- Show customers how to operate their equipment effectively.
- Attend training and development sessions to stay current with technologies and service practices.
- Collaborate with teammates to analyze service issues and identify improvements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient mechanical and electrical skills.

- Experience with electrical systems or equipment is preferred.
