Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support and guidance. Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer feedback. Train and support customers in using their equipment effectively, enhancing their operational capabilities. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Work effectively within a team to analyze service issues and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficient mechanical and electrical skills. Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Industry-standard certifications related to field service engineering are a plus. Experience working with electrical systems or equipment is preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
