Field Support Associate Cash Loan Support and Merchant Visit

About the role

Join Kites Communications’ field support team for a pilot initiative bringing financial services closer to communities. Help branch offices and center managers with cash transactions, loan work and merchant visits, supporting smooth, accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help at branches and centers with cash-in and cash-out transactions.
• Support loan disbursements and installment collections.
• Visit borrowers and help find new merchants.
• Keep daily records and share reports on time.
• Follow company rules and maintain good service quality.
• Build good relationships with borrowers, merchants and branch staff.
• Give regular updates from the field.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• Own a smart mobile phone and have basic smartphone and app knowledge.
• Have basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Field experience in microfinance, banking support, agent banking, mobile financial services or sales is preferred but not mandatory for good candidates.
• Speak and write Bangla well; basic English for reporting.
• Be comfortable working in the field and traveling.
• Be honest, punctual and good at dealing with people.
• Be willing to work flexible hours as field activities require.
