FieldOperations Manager

Power Contractor Group is looking for a full-time Field/Operations Manager to join our team in the New Port Richey area!

What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily field operations, monitor job costs, and enforce site timelines
* Manage field crews and subcontractors to keep every project on schedule and on budget
* Ensure quality control and strict safety standards
* Serve as the main point of contact between the field and management

What We’re Looking For:
* Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with all crews and clients
* Proven experience in construction management or field operations
* Strong leadership, budget tracking, and time-management skills
* Reliability and valid driver’s license
