Finance Manager – Remote, Ghana

Agyekum Bright is hiring a full-time Finance Manager in Ghana. This remote-eligible role leads financial analysis, budgeting, accounting practices, and regulatory compliance to support the organization’s financial health and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights to inform organizational decisions.
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate annual budgets to support financial discipline.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable financial regulations and requirements.
• Use data analysis to support financial strategies and initiatives.
• Partner with departments to align financial plans with organizational goals.
• Report financial results and forecasts to senior management.
• Support finance process improvements and compliance measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data analysis.
• Experience with relevant finance and accounting software.
• At least five years of finance-related experience is preferred.

Work Environment

The Finance Manager works collaboratively with finance leadership and teams across the organization. The role reports to senior finance leadership and requires regular cross-functional communication. The position is remote-eligible and based in Ghana.

Compensation

Annual pay: 40000.
