Customer Service Representative – Ghana (Remote Eligible)

Paula Antwi is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Ghana. This remote-eligible role pays $30 per hour and focuses on providing helpful, responsive support that builds customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work with a customer service team and report to the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and providing suitable solutions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer feedback to support continued satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments on complex customer issues.
