Laptop Service Engineer – Hyderabad, Telangana, India

M-TECH is hiring a full-time Laptop Service Engineer in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In this on-site role, you will troubleshoot and repair laptops, install and configure hardware and software, and provide professional technical support to customers. A bike is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues reported by customers.
• Repair laptops, including replacing hardware components and reinstalling software.
• Install and configure hardware and software for customers.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Document repairs and customer interactions to support service quality.
• Help manage inventory of repair parts and equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and share knowledge about common technical issues and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Hardware Engineering is required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing laptop hardware and software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hardware and software installation and system configuration.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• A bike is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of laptop systems and components.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 18000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will report to the Technical Support Manager and work with engineers and customer service representatives.
