M-TECH is hiring a dedicated Laptop Service Engineer in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Join our full-time technical support team to troubleshoot, repair, and install laptop hardware and software, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Bike is compulsory for this role. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by customers. Perform laptop repairs including hardware replacement and software reinstallation. Install and configure new hardware and software components as required. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and customer interactions. Manage inventory of repair parts and equipment. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share technical knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Hardware Engineering is mandatory. Proven experience in laptop hardware and software troubleshooting and repair. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in hardware installation, software setup, and system configuration. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred. This position reports to the Technical Support Manager and works closely with engineers and customer service representatives to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
