Laptop Service Engineer Job in Hyderabad, Telangana

M-TECH is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Laptop Service Engineer in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Join our full-time technical support team to troubleshoot, repair, and install laptop hardware and software, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational success. A bike is compulsory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by customers.
• Perform laptop repairs including hardware replacement and software reinstallation.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Document repair processes and customer interactions for quality improvement.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment needed for repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share knowledge on common issues and solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Hardware Engineering is required.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing laptop hardware and software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hardware installation, software installation, and system configuration.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, with strong understanding of laptop systems and components.

This position reports to the Technical Support Manager and works closely with engineers and customer service representatives in a collaborative team environment.

Salary: ₹18,000 per month
