Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the benefits of insurance products.
• Build customer relationships that support satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Answer questions about policies and coverage accurately using your insurance knowledge.
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals based on customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Work with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales experience; insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
