Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations to create tailored financial plans and investment strategies.
• Educate clients on a variety of financial products and services to empower informed decision-making.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through effective networking and relationship-building.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships with continuous communication and exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement detailed financial plans aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
• Monitor client progress and adjust financial plans as needed to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant sales training and certifications.
• Proven expertise in sales, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with financial planning and analysis software tools.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
