Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess business performance and provide reporting insights. Prepare, monitor, and forecast budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop financial models to support decision-making processes, including profitability analysis and cost evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business needs. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Familiarity with financial software tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar. Industry-standard certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
