Location: Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid 3 days onsite

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience managing large, complex technology portfolios in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of financial management, capacity planning, and delivery governance.
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate effectively at the senior leadership level.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision‑support capabilities
Executive‑level communication and storytelling with data
Strong understanding of Agile, product, and hybrid delivery models
High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and value realization
