Financial Analyst – Technology Finance

Tasks

• Manage project portfolio budgets, capital expenses (CapEx), and operational budgets (RTB).
• Prepare financial forecasts, budget reports, and monthly financial updates.
• Track project spending, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor expenses.
• Perform financial reconciliations using SAP and Excel.
• Support journal entries, project closeouts, and capitalization activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Technology teams.
• Prepare financial reports and PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Financial Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting Technology or IT departments.
• Strong SAP Financial Management experience (Required).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, and operational expenses.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with project financial management and procurement processes.
