30% OF THE LINEHAUL
Direct compensation based on the linehaul
TARP PAY — $30 PER LOAD
EXTRA STOP — $30 PER STOP
DETENTION — $15 PER HOUR After the first 3 free hours.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class A CDL
Valid DOT Medical Card
Real FLATBED experience (1+ year preferred)
Clean driving record
Knowledge of securement, straps, chains, binders, tarps, and HOS/ELD
Effective communication and professional attitude
