Omit Hasan is hiring a friendly and inviting Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our vibrant team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with their food and beverage selections to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while upholding high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout their visit and respond promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Assist with setup and clearing of dining areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
