Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage import documentation for all shipments ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Utilize logistics software to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and manage updates related to freight movement. Communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to coordinate timely imports. Conduct thorough reviews of shipping documents to ensure accuracy and resolution of any discrepancies. Multitask effectively to manage multiple shipments and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Assist in developing processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall service quality. Support team members and participate in meetings to foster open communication and collaboration. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in logistics or freight operations; a minimum of 2 years preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in relevant logistics software tools. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
