Key Responsibilities Engage with job seekers to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored job recommendations. Communicate effectively with users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Conduct outreach initiatives to promote FlexJobs services and generate new leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for enhancing user experience. Monitor user feedback and work with the product team to implement improvements based on insights. Track and analyze job placement success metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Maintain and update the resource library with relevant content to assist users in their job search. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, recruitment, or career counseling. Familiarity with remote work trends is a plus. Certifications in career coaching or human resources are preferred. Our team consists of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively in a supportive atmosphere. You will report directly to the Team Lead of User Engagement and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Development to enhance our services.
