Front Desk Agent

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a hotel environment.

PAY: $11.00/hour

SCHEDULE: We’re looking for someone with flexible availability who is comfortable working a variety of shifts, including 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Weekend availability is appreciated.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcoming and assisting guests, checking guests in and out, answering phones, making and updating reservations, processing payments, helping with guest questions and requests, communicating with housekeeping and other team members, and helping keep the front desk and lobby organized.

We’d love someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, and willing to learn. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required. Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
