Job description
RJTC Group of Companies is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. This on-site role offers a salary of 25000 per month.
Join a collaborative, growing team and oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, product quality, order fulfillment, and dispatch. The Warehouse Supervisor will help maintain efficient workflows and improve warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Control stock levels efficiently and help prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Investigate and report stock shortages and overstock discrepancies.
- Ensure requested stock is delivered to customers and outlets.
- Manage goods receipt and verify that incoming loads receive quality checks.
- Organize inventory in appropriate warehouse storage locations.
- Supervise quality control of received products.
- Coordinate accurate order assembly and dispatch, maintaining familiarity with products.
- Conduct spot inventory checks and random checks of high-value goods and equipment.
- Follow load sequencing procedures for dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff, support training and scheduling, and monitor performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate inventory and product handling.
