Warehouse Supervisor Job in Quezon City, NCR - RJTC Group of Companies

Join RJTC Group of Companies as a Warehouse Supervisor in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are seeking a motivated and qualified professional to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient stock control to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies such as stockouts or overstock.
• Ensure timely delivery of requested stocks to customers and outlets.
• Manage receipt of goods and perform quality inspections on incoming loads.
• Organize goods and stocks in proper storage locations.
• Supervise quality control of received products.
• Oversee accurate assembling of various order types for dispatch with full product knowledge.
• Conduct random checks on high-value goods and equipment; perform spot inventory audits.
• Manage sequencing procedures for dispatching loads efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Leadership skills to supervise, train, schedule, and monitor team performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: ₱25,000 per month

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Quezon City. Remote work is not eligible.
