Responsibilities/requirements (from caption):
Responsibilities include:
✅ Full charge bookkeeping (AP, AR, General Ledger & bank reconciliations)
✅ Payroll processing
✅ New hire onboarding and HR administration
✅ Purchase orders, inventory tracking, and vendor management
✅ Assisting with month-end close and financial reporting
✅ Supporting senior leadership with day-to-day business operations
We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has bookkeeping or accounting experience
✔️ Is comfortable using AI tools and modern accounting software
✔️ Is highly organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Thrives in a fast-paced, growing company
✔️ Can work on-site in Orlando, FL 32809
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
