Job description
Tasks
- Investigate and resolve L1 support tickets across .NET backends and React frontends.
- Use Dynatrace to monitor uptime, track performance metrics, and inspect transaction traces.
- Execute and maintain Playwright test suites for synthetic checks and post-release verification.
- Perform initial root-cause analysis and route complex issues to L2/L3 engineering squads.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and React.
- Proficiency in Dynatrace (APM) and Playwright (E2E testing).
- Finance/Wealth Management experience a plus.
- Need Genuine Visa
