GCP Agentic AI DevOps Engineer

Tasks

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD) to deploy and version Google CCAI/Conversational Agents (CXAS) configurations, flows, playbooks, and webhook services.
• Automate the provisioning and configuration of GCP infrastructure-including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and IAM-using Terraform.
• Support and optimize the integration pipeline between contact-center/IVR platforms (like Kore.ai) and Google CXAS, handling webhooks, APIs, and telephony-transfer configurations.

Requirements

• 8–10 Years
• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP core services (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, IAM).
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with Terraform (or Google Cloud Deployment Manager).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy, alongside containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Foundational knowledge of conversational AI or contact-center platforms (Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Kore.ai, etc.).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
