HR Talent is hiring for Silk Email, a growing email marketing agency serving US-based eCommerce brands. We seek an experienced Email Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis.

About the Role

• Design marketing emails for US eCommerce clients
• Transform briefs and feedback into polished, conversion-focused email designs
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with client brand guidelines
• Create supporting assets such as banners, headers, promotional graphics, and GIFs
• Collaborate remotely with the team via Slack and project management tools

What We're Looking For

• Strong Photoshop skills (primary design tool)
• Proven experience designing marketing emails
• Deep understanding of email marketing design principles
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Experience adhering to brand guidelines
• Reliable computer capable of handling large PSD files
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing emails specifically for eCommerce brands
• Mobile-first email design expertise
• Understanding of image-to-text ratios and email deliverability best practices

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Contract-based, paid per completed email design
• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, remote from the Philippines
• Enjoy permanent 3-day weekends
