Job description
About the role
AlphaSights is seeking a Growth Operations Associate in New York. The role focuses on growing active users across its offerings to support client retention and account expansion and help clients extract maximum value.
You’ll own growth operations for a regional business unit, working closely with client service leadership. The role is embedded in the Technology & Strategy function and collaborates with product marketing, product management, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Build credibility with VPs and senior Client Service leaders, using energy and data to gain support for initiatives and encourage teams to champion them.
- Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify inefficiencies in user engagement practices and roll out best practices with client service teams across the segment.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI to commercial stakeholders.
- Use data analysis, process improvement, and initiative execution to identify opportunities to activate or re-engage users and launch targeted user engagement programs.
