Head Hunter/Jumper Trainer

Tasks

• Ride, school and train hunter/jumper horses regularly.
• Teach private and group lessons to riders of all levels.
• Develop riders and horses for local and regional competitions.
• Coach students at horse shows.
• Oversee training schedules and program development.
• Keep high standards of horse welfare, safety and professionalism.
• Build client relationships and attract new students, training horses and boarders.

Requirements

• Proven hunter/jumper riding, training and competition experience.
• Strong horsemanship and instructional skills.
• Able to confidently ride and develop different horses.
• Experience coaching students at competitions.
• Professional, reliable, organized and personable.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
