About the role
A growing Boston-area pre-IPO biotech client is hiring a Head of FP&A.
Tasks
- building the model and presenting it to the board
- partner directly with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to shape strategy, own the annual budget and long-range plan, as well as translate complex R&D programs, clinical timelines, and capital needs into clear, decision-ready insights
Requirements
- strong biotech or life sciences FP&A experience
Schedule
- Onsite in the Boston-area 3-4 days a week.
