Job description
Tasks
- Transition legal matters from outside counsel and oversee ongoing legal operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, broker, retail, and logistics contracts
- Advise on FDA/FTC regulations, product claims, and advertising compliance
- Manage trademark portfolios, intellectual property, and marketplace enforcement
- Develop proactive legal strategies, compliance processes, and risk management programs
