Head of Merchandising

We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Merchandising to lead and strengthen the Group's Woven Garments Merchandising Division. The role will focus on global buyer relationships, business growth, modern merchandising operations, supply chain agility, and long-term strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include leading product presentation, customer portfolio expansion, revenue growth, developing relationships with international brands, traveling internationally, modernizing workflows, coordinating with various teams, monitoring performance, analyzing market trends, and leading a team. Candidate profile requires 12–15+ years of apparel merchandising experience, strong experience with Tier-1 international brands, global exposure, excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, fluency in English, and familiarity with modern technology and sustainability practices.
