- SharePoint Support
- Printer Support and Print Server Administration
- ServiceNow Incident Reporting
- Desktop Imaging Management
- Inventory Management and Support
- IT Incident and Request Management
- Customer Service and Desk-Side Support
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in all specified skills.
- Preferred: ITIL Service Management, ServiceNow, and CCNA.
