HOA Property Manager

About the role

Riverside Personnel is recruiting for a full-service real estate management company in Southern California.

Tasks

• Manage a portfolio of HOA communities from a Riverside corporate office
• Partner with boards and homeowners to keep communities running smoothly
• Prepare board packets and host effective board meetings
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate vendors, work orders, and bids
• Support budgeting and financials, and review architectural applications

Requirements

• Prior HOA management experience
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Comfort with work-order and online documentation software
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to walk properties for inspections

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• In person

Pay

• $60,000-$80,000 per year
