SNAB SOLUTION is hiring a full-time HR Recruiter in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will source, attract, and engage qualified candidates to support the company’s growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to deliver an effective, candidate-focused recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and guide them through hiring.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and timely candidate updates.
• Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to improve hiring strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or an HR-related role.
• Strong technical skills with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
