Aonegnd is looking for an organized, people-focused, proactive HR Sales Training Manager experienced in recruiting and training sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview salespeople and people for other roles.
- Train and onboard new hires.
- Conduct ongoing sales training and coaching.
- Track employee performance and KPIs.
- Manage employee records, attendance and policies.
- Handle general HR and employee matters.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an executive or similar position.
- Spanish fluency is a must.
