HR Sales Training Manager

Pay range upto $80,000 depending on experience. Minimum 3yrs experience in an executive or Similar position required. Spanish fluency is a must.
5 day office job 9:30am to 6:30pm , weekends off , PTOs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit & interview salespeople and other roles
• Train and onboard new hires
• Conduct ongoing sales training & coaching
• Track employee performance & KPIs
• Manage employee records, attendance & policies
• Handle general HR and employee matters
