Job description
Vectra Staffing is hiring a full-time Human Resource Executive for its onsite team at Titanium Business Park in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who have strong English communication skills and can work the US night shift.

- Location: Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India operations, including sourcing, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Handle employee queries, attendance coordination, and HR documentation.
- Support the global HR team with USA hiring compliance and candidate forms.
- Address employee grievances and help resolve conflicts for India- and USA-based teams.
- Maintain records and documentation in line with Indian labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Open to both freshers and experienced HR candidates.
- Strong English communication skills for working with a global workforce.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makarba, Ahmedabad, on the stated night shift schedule.
