- Role: Human Resource Executive
- Location: Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (100% Onsite)
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for India operations, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
- HR Operations: Act as the primary contact for employee queries, attendance coordination, and maintaining documentation.
- Global Support: Assist the global HR team with USA hiring compliance and candidate form completion processes.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievance management and conflict resolution for teams based in India and the USA.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR records and documentation comply with Indian labor laws and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills essential for effective interaction with a global workforce.
- Presence: Must be comfortable working onsite at Makarba and committed to the night shift schedule.
