Job Details Role: Human Resource Executive Location: Titanium Business Park, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (100% Onsite) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for India operations including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. HR Operations: Act as the primary contact for employee queries, attendance management, and documentation. Global Support: Support the global HR team with USA hiring compliance and candidate documentation. Employee Relations: Handle grievance management and conflict resolution for India and USA teams. Compliance: Ensure all records comply with Indian labor laws and company policies. Requirements Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Communication: Excellent English communication skills required for global workforce interaction. Presence: Must be comfortable working onsite in Makarba and committed to the night shift schedule.
