orange architects is hiring a Draft Person in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to turn conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and support successful design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
- Work with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and incorporate design updates.
- Interpret specifications to produce accurate, efficient drawings.
- Follow applicable industry standards, codes, and drafting best practices.
- Maintain project drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and share drafting progress.
- Participate in project meetings and provide drafting insights.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other drafting software is an advantage.
- Strong technical drawing, blueprint-reading, and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of drafting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations.
Pay and Employment
