ICQA Lead

We’re looking for an experienced ICQA Lead who can lead a team of 5 associates and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements:
✅ Previous ICQA experience required
✅ Reach truck/forklift experience (required)
✅ Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting
✅ Experience with inventory audits and root cause analysis
✅ RF scanner and WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
✅ Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
✅ Comfortable working with Excel and basic computer systems
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
