About the role
Air and ocean freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
Tasks
- Air and ocean import and export shipments
- AES, ISF, CBP Form 7512 and in-bond filings
- Air Waybills: AWB, HAWB and MAWB
- Cargo tracking, records and Excel reports
- Airlines, ocean carriers, overseas agents and customs brokers
Requirements
- Air and ocean freight forwarding experience, U.S. Customs knowledge, Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
