Job description
Tasks
- Manage infrastructure projects across Networking, Telecom/Contact Center, Cloud (AWS & Azure), Certificate Management, and related technology areas.
- Drive end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Apply project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, project charters, risk registers, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Take ownership of deliverables, proactively address risks and blockers, and follow through to successful completion.
- Be a self-starter who can independently drive initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing infrastructure initiatives across multiple technical domains.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
