Tasks
- Assist customers with questions and product/service needs
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Support inside sales and generate sales opportunities
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow up as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay
- $18–$20 per hour DOE
