Job description
Patent Litigation Associate (4th Year) | AM 50 | $320,000 | New York, NY
AM Law 50-ranked, nationally recognised for its IP practice, and growing its Litigation & Trial team in New York.
I’m working with a leading global law firm looking to add a 3rd-year Patent Litigation Associate to its expanding IP practice.
You’ll work alongside highly regarded IP litigators on sophisticated technology disputes, with exposure to district court and PTAB matters and increasing responsibility from early on.
They’re looking for 4+ years of patent litigation experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or a similar field. Experience acting for both patent owners and accused infringers is preferred. New York bar admission is required.
The firm is offering $320,000, with the opportunity to join a growing New York IP Litigation team.
