Interim Director of Programs

About the role

Focus Forward is looking for an Interim Director of Programs to join our team.

Tasks

• Oversee and manage all Focus Forward programs.
• Lead, train, and supervise program coordinators and staff.
• Monitor program budgets, contracts, and performance goals.
• Ensure quality services and support for youth and families.
• Oversee Foster Youth Supervision (FYS) services.
• Support agency operations, community partnerships, and grant development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminology, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with program management, budgets, and staff supervision.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Must pass required background clearance.
• Bilingual preferred

Schedule

• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage for Foster Youth Supervision services.

Pay

• $70K–$75K Salary
