Harshi is hiring an enthusiastic International Voice Process Executive to join our vibrant BPO team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers, ensuring excellent service quality.
• Promote products and services effectively to potential customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Provide constructive feedback to management on customer experience and service improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong passion for sales.
• Prior experience in voice process or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotational shifts.
