International Voice Process Executive – Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Harshi is hiring a full-time International Voice Process Executive in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this customer service and sales role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients, helping deliver positive customer experiences and support business growth. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced, collaborative BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients and provide professional customer service.
• Engage prospective customers and promote company products and services.
• Resolve customer questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
• Work with teammates to meet sales targets and improve service delivery.
• Attend training to build product knowledge and strengthen sales skills.
• Share customer feedback and suggestions for service improvements with management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and an interest in sales.
• Experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• CRM and Microsoft Office familiarity is an advantage.
• Ability to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts and flexible hours.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 20000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
