- Windows 10/11 & Windows Server
- Microsoft 365 Support
- Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Preferred: PowerShell Scripting
- Preferred: Microsoft Teams / Teams Premium Administration
- Preferred: M365 Copilot / Copilot Chat
- Preferred: ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Preferred: Security & Patch Management
- Preferred: Network Troubleshooting (Ethernet / Wi-Fi)
- Preferred: Laptop, Desktop, Printer & Mobile Device Support
- Preferred: Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Preferred: Documentation & Knowledge Articles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant IT analyst/systems experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
