Requirements

7–12 Years
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring-based frameworks
Extensive experience in Microservices Architecture and Design Patterns
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and Performance Optimization skills
Experience with Multithreaded and Distributed Systems
Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
Messaging technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
Database experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
REST APIs and Microservices Integration
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Testing frameworks: JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium
Experience with Chaos Testing and SRE practices
Ability to contribute to hands-on coding
