Java Full Stack Lead

Tasks

• Lead the development of scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Implement AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and vector databases.
• Develop AI-powered applications such as enterprise chatbots, intelligent automation, and document intelligence solutions.
• Manage Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and application security.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Mentor developers and drive Agile delivery, application performance, scalability, and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with strong Java Full Stack expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and React/Angular.
• Practical experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or vector databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.
